May Jesus Christ, who is the mediaitor of the new covenant, be with you!

Once again, Jesus offers us a plan, or teaching moment, on how we can make our way to the eternal kingdom. His plan includes caring for the poor and needy, service to others, offering compassion and forgiveness and living out our faith completely.

The living word mandates God's presence and leads us to conversioin of heart.  As God's word is proclaimed, let us pray that our hearts will be turned toward greater compassion for the poor and needy in our community and beyond.  Let us be attentive to sacred words that call us to Christian hospitality.
